1. Legal right to withdraw from the purchase

If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods; or, in the case of goods delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify SPT ESPAÑA S.A. of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within the prescribed period by sending an email to info@spt-herramientas.com, indicating the order number and requesting an exchange or return. The Customer may also send any other clear statement by post or email. SPT ESPAÑA S.A. will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal without delay on a durable medium (for example, by email).

Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, except for shipping costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw.

We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, once the goods have been received and inspected.

Returned items must be delivered to the address indicated by SPT ESPAÑA S.A., together with the invoice where applicable. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused, and must retain their original seal or packaging, including any accessories or promotional gifts.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: You will not have the right to withdraw from the contract in relation to the supply of the following products:

• Personalised items • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery

Your right to withdraw applies exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the packaging, if it is not in the same condition as when delivered, or if it has suffered any damage. You must therefore take care of the product(s) while in your possession. Please return the item using or including all original packaging, instructions, and any accompanying documents.

2. Guarantees and Returns

As a consumer and user, you are entitled to guarantees on the products you may purchase through this Website, under the legally established terms and subject to the applicable regulations on the sale of consumer goods, specifically Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. SPT ESPAÑA S.A. is therefore liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years from the delivery of the product.

For the purposes of these Conditions, a “return” refers to one arising from a defect, flaw, or the receipt of an incorrect product.

Products will be considered to conform to these Conditions when they match the description and qualities shown on the website, are suitable for their intended use, and present a quality comparable to that of similar products.

Return due to defect or error. If, at the time of delivery, the order shows any defect, flaw, or you have received a product that does not correspond to the order placed, you must immediately notify SPT ESPAÑA S.A. by emailing info@spt-herramientas.com, providing details of the product and the damage suffered. We will inform you of the procedure to follow.

Once returned, the items will be inspected by SPT ESPAÑA S.A., and we will inform you whether a refund or, where applicable, a replacement is appropriate.

SPT ESPAÑA S.A. will refund the corresponding amount (including the initial delivery shipping costs) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned order. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
