PLACING ORDERS. PURCHASE SYSTEM. PRICES

Language. The contract may be formalised, at your choice, in any of the languages in which these Conditions are available on the website (Spanish, English, and French). However, the language governing the interpretation of the legal terms and conditions shall be Spanish.

User registration. Purchasing products requires registration on the website by creating a user or “customer” account. During this process, and after being informed and accepting the Privacy Policy, SPT ESPAÑA S.A. will request the personal data necessary (marked with an asterisk*) to manage the purchase and delivery process. Providing this data is voluntary but essential for making any purchase.

You must choose a username (email) and password to access your account. You are responsible for safeguarding these credentials and preventing unauthorised use, as well as for any consequences arising from failing to do so.

Placing orders. Order confirmation. At the end of the purchase process, SPT ESPAÑA S.A. will inform you by email of all the characteristics of the order, the purchase date, total price, delivery method, and estimated delivery date.

Price. All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT. Unless otherwise stated, prices shown do not include shipping costs, which will be displayed when adding the item to the basket and entering delivery details. Shipping costs may vary depending on the delivery location (national or European territory, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

Product prices may change at any time, although such changes will not affect orders already confirmed by SPT ESPAÑA S.A.

PAYMENT METHODS

The accepted payment methods are:

• Credit or debit card: Payment is made at the conclusion of the order, as validation is immediate. Data is transmitted securely via encrypted SSL technology to the bank’s POS terminal. Card details are not stored on our server. • PayPal: You must have a PayPal account. You will be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete the payment. PayPal will send you a receipt by email. • Bank transfer: (Processing and delivery may take longer.)

If any payment method involves an additional charge, SPT ESPAÑA S.A. will inform you before you commit to payment. This charge will never exceed the actual cost incurred by SPT ESPAÑA S.A.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If an order is processed normally but later found to be out of stock or unavailable, the Customer will be informed immediately. SPT ESPAÑA S.A. will refund the amount paid using the same payment method, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Orders may be delivered to any EU country, mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer within the timeframe indicated on the website and, in any case, within 30 calendar days from purchase.

Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location.

If we cannot meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer the option to continue with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund.

Delivery is deemed completed when you or an authorised third party physically receives the goods, as evidenced by signing the delivery note.

Delivery incidents: If delivery cannot be made due to the recipient’s absence, the transport agency will leave a notice and attempt to contact the recipient. After two failed attempts, the package will be held at the corresponding Correos office for 15 calendar days.

If the order is not collected within this period for reasons not attributable to SPT ESPAÑA S.A. or the transport company, we will consider the contract terminated and refund all payments except shipping costs. Return transport costs may be charged.

INVOICING – VAT

In accordance with Spanish VAT Law 37/1992, deliveries to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are subject to Spanish VAT. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are VAT-exempt but may be subject to local taxes and duties.

You expressly authorise us to issue the invoice electronically. You may request a paper invoice at any time.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Legal right of withdrawal

If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without justification, starting from the day you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify SPT ESPAÑA S.A. within the deadline by emailing info@spt-herramientas.com, indicating the order number and requesting an exchange or return. You may also send any other clear statement of withdrawal. SPT ESPAÑA S.A. will acknowledge receipt without delay.

Consequences: We will refund all payments received from you, except shipping costs, within 14 days from the date you inform us of your decision, using the same payment method, once the goods have been received and inspected.

Returned items must be sent to the address indicated by SPT ESPAÑA S.A., together with the invoice if applicable. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products must be in perfect condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, including accessories or promotional gifts.

You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions: No right of withdrawal applies to:

• Personalised items • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed

2. Guarantees and returns

Consumers are entitled to guarantees under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). SPT ESPAÑA S.A. is liable for any lack of conformity appearing within three years of delivery.

A “return” refers to cases involving defects, faults, or incorrect products.

Products are considered conforming when they match the description, are suitable for their intended use, and have comparable quality to similar items.

If the order shows defects or errors upon delivery, you must notify SPT ESPAÑA S.A. immediately via info@spt-herramientas.com, providing details of the issue. We will inform you how to proceed.

Once returned, the items will be inspected, and we will inform you whether a refund or replacement applies.

SPT ESPAÑA S.A. will refund the corresponding amount (including initial shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

EXEMPTION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SPT ESPAÑA S.A. will keep the website updated and functioning correctly whenever possible, although errors may occur beyond our control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website. Where reasonably possible, interruptions will be notified in advance.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

In the final instance, the courts and tribunals of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
